- Any additional expenses arising due to changes in accommodation or circumstances beyond the control of Agarwal Tour & Travels shall be borne by the client.
- Agarwal Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or emergencies. In such situations, refunds will be processed after deducting any non-recoverable expenses.
- Requests for specific accommodation changes must be made at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to fulfill such requests, confirmation cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability.
